Hi Jeff, thanks for friending me! Thanks also for taking the time to chat with me after your powerful presentation the other night. I'm sure you stay quite busy, and at the very least I know you're probably in the midst of planning your next adventure, but I'd love to buy you a cup of coffee/lunch/dinner/whatever some time and chat about real estate investing. I've dabbled some up till now, but after the meeting I felt a sense of direction I simply never had before, and it was totally inspiring. Now with a new sense of resolve, it kinda feels like I'm setting out to do alchemy, using only a 10th grade understanding of chemistry (to be fair I DID eke out a B+!). I got the opportunity to meet Jeff at a Real Estate meet up group in Ohio where Jeff gave a fun, personal and enlightening presentation about his Real Estate journey and other interesting facts about real estate in general. After the presentation, Jeff passed around a clip board sign in sheet for anyone who would like a free 15 minute phone call with Jeff. I am new to investing and figured, what the hell.. I didnt know what to expect from the call but I am so glad I sign up. Our somewhat brief conversation was one of the most warm and engaging conversations I've had the privilege of having in a while. After listening to my story a bit, Jeff was very quick offer some detailed starting points and encouraging insights.  I hung up the phone feeling inspired and a least a couple of our talking points have remained in my mind since our conversation.
